We're delighted to announce our first Arts Festival at AURC, running from Monday 23rd to Saturday 28th June. Besides the headline attractions of the "Living Life" Art Exhibition (Monday to Friday) and the Saltmine Theatre Company's performance of "The Liberator" (Saturday) we have a programme of art and craft workshops, talks and discussions. Admission to all events is FREE (but if you want to come to The Liberator, please contact us to reserve tickets to make sure you get a seat).

Monday 23rd to Friday 27th June 1pm to 3pm every day ‘Living Life’ Art Exhibition – a collection of 19 paintings by Ruth Goodheir exploring the theme of a new future and a sense of purpose.
Monday 23rd June 2pm Craft with Kate at the Open House Café
Tuesday 24th June 12.30pm Soup Lunch with a talk, led by our Ministers, on The Role of Women in the Early Church
Tuesday 24th June 2pm Make Your Own Art with the support of a local artist
Wednesday 25th June 3.30pm Family Art – work together with the support of a local artist to produce something you can take home.
Thursday 26th June 2pm Make Your Own Art with the support of a local artist
Thursday 26th June 7.30pm An Open Panel Discussion on "What on Earth is the Church for". Our Missional Partnership Ministers and local clergy will be on the panel.
Saturday 28th June 7pm "The Liberator" – A professional performance by the Saltmine Theatre Company. Inspired by the work of Rob Lacey and reimagined by Richard Hasnip, it is a passionate retelling of the life and teaching of Jesus. Told in a modern idiom, this is a gospel at once faithful and utterly fresh.
