Meet other mums, dads and carers of babies and children 0 to 5 years. Relax and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while your children play and learn to interact with other children.
We finish each session with action songs which the children love and there are toys for all ages - bikes, cars, scooters, prams, books, puzzles and Matt the giant caterpillar! We have a special baby area with soft toys.

WOODLANDS BABY and TODDLER GROUP

Our Toddler Group has been running since September 2003 and our role is to set the room up (we use the church as this provides the largest space), put out the toys and equipment and provide refreshments. Why not come along one Friday afternoon and see for yourself? You would be made very welcome and of course you could enjoy a nice hot cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit while you observe what happens in this lovely group.

New names continue to be added to the register. These come largely as a result of our regular leafleting throughout the district plus the posters on the internal and external notice-boards and an entry in various local publications.
Through the Toddler Group we have welcomed new families to worship, particularly on special Sundays. We continue to build strong relationships with parents and carers and are hoping that more families will join us at Sunday worship and also other activities in the future. Some of the children who attended as babies are now attending our Rainbows, Brownies, Saturday Seekers and Boys Brigade. How time flies!

We find that parents and carers are very supportive of the church and its work and we do our utmost to make them and their children feel part of our church family. The comments we receive from them certainly encourage us as we continue to provide this special ministry in the community.
