THE CHOIR INVITES YOU!

The Choir extends a warm invitation to all members and friends of Altrincham URC to join them in Choir Practice which usually takes place on Sunday morning starting at 9-30am. Forthcoming dates are Sunday February 5th, 19th and then March 4th.

FEBRUARY EVENING WORSHIP

The February Evening gathering for Contemporary style Worship will be on Sunday February 19th at 7-00pm at Trinity Hale in the Round Room.

LUNCHES IN LENT

During Lent, Churches Together in Timperley are holding a simple lunch and short period of reflection each Friday from 12.15 p.m. to 1.15 p.m. at Timperley Methodist Church. There will not be a charge for the lunch, but there will be an opportunity for people to donate to Francis House. AURC will be responsible for providing lunch on Friday 16th March and volunteers to help with the provision and serving of food on this particular date would be most welcome. Please speak to Sue Jesson if you are able to help.

HOT POT & BEETLE DRIVE

In order to raise more funds for the Tikwere Nursery in Malawi, we are holding an evening of Hot Pot and Beetle Drive at Woodlands on Saturday 25th February at 6.30 p.m. and NOT 7.00 p.m.
This should be an enjoyable evening for people of all ages (children as well) and we do hope that many people will come along to support it. We should be grateful if you would put your name on the list (in the Coffee Lounge at Trinity Hale and in the Vestibule at Woodlands) if you are able to come, so that we know how many people to cater for.
The price will be £4 per person (children under 5 free and children aged 5 – 11 price £1).

The Centre may almost be called the “Special College of the United Reformed Church”. It has a wide variety of Courses a small selection of which is given below.
